Shipping Policy

kierst is committed to excellent customer service. As a one-woman team I ask for 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. 

As a precaution and the ability to offer our customers additional items, we have switched some items to print-on-demand. This means we create the designs and choose the product. However, when you purchase, they print the item and ship to you. The item does not usually arrive in custom packaging. No matter the source, we ask for 5-7 processing time as well. 

Once an order is placed, there cannot be modifications, swaps, or cancellations.
