Shipping policy

createdbykierst is committed to excellent customer service. As a one-woman team I ask for 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. 

All pre-order items are listed as such and allow up to 8 weeks for processing and shipments. This is noted in the item description. You will not receive a refund if you purchase a pre-ordered item and want to cancel it. You may cancel the item, without a refund for any porition of the sell, including but not limited to, price of product, shipping, or taxes. 

Once an order is placed, there cannot be modifications.
