Where are products sourced from?
It depends on the product. There is a mix of POD, dropshipped, globally sourced, and locally made. Before being added to the collection, original pieces are sourced and viewed to meet quality expectations. If approved, then they are placed for sale on the website. 

Who designs the artwork?
kierst creates the POD designs. 

What if I don't like my item?
At kierst we strive to bring the best quality items to you. Sometimes, accidents happen. We do not formally offer a return policy. However, please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase, within 3 days of delivery.

Do you have gift cards? 
Yes, you can purchase a gift card here. 

How often do new items arrive?
This again depends on the item. Our home decor line will usually only see new items at Spring/Summer launch and Fall/Winter/Holiday launch. However, the smaller everyday accessories occur more often. 

Why do certain items have weird shipped from addresses? 
A variety of our items are POD, which means they ship from various places. This helps up keep the cost lower, offer a variety of products, and give us the ability to keep more designs flowing to you. 

Why are the interior of all cards blank?
Giving cards is an important tradition for many. To keep costs low, provide you with several options, and give you the ability to use your own words, we believe in keeping the inside blank, for you. 

It's not June, why is the PRIDE collection up? 
Because why can people only be proud in June? Celebrate whoever you love, whenever you want. Also, the pastels are pretty. 

Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
