The Private Reserve Terms & Conditions

The Private Reserve is an exclusive client experience curated by kierst for those who return, refine, and live with intention. Participation in The Private Reserve is subject to the terms outlined below, and any other seen fit.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

To join The Private Reserve, clients must:

  • Create a kierst account with a valid email address

  • Meet the required annual net spend for applicable tiers (excluding taxes, discounts, and shipping)

  • Maintain good standing as a client

Spend thresholds reset each calendar year (January 1 - December 31) and are reassessed annually. kierst does not offer additions, considerations, or extensions, to any account. 

2. Tier Benefits

Benefits listed for each tier—including shipping thresholds, birthday rewards, early access, and promotional offers—are:

  • Subject to availability

  • Not guaranteed or transferrable

  • Not redeemable for cash or future store credit

Some benefits may be exclusive to select product categories or seasonal releases. kierst reserves the right to limit any offer based on product availability or strategic discretion.

3. Inventory & Gift Availability

All complimentary products—including samples, birthday gifts, or loyalty items—are available on a first-come, first-served basis. kierst does not issue rainchecks or hold items for future fulfillment. If a promotional item or benefit is out of stock, no alternative compensation will be offered.

4. Program Modifications

kierst reserves the right to:

  • Change, add, or remove benefits

  • Adjust spend thresholds or qualification periods

  • Temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue The Private Reserve

  • Update these terms at any time without prior notice

These changes may be implemented at kierst’s sole discretion and will be communicated when applicable.

5. Shipping Terms

Shipping perks tied to tier levels are available only within the United States. Complimentary shipping for Insider tier furniture purchases is contingent on availability through approved carriers and is currently limited to the continental U.S. Additional restrictions may apply to oversized or heavy-weight items.

6. Abuse & Termination

kierst reserves the right to terminate membership, downgrade tiers, or restrict access to The Private Reserve for any of the following:

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity

  • Manipulation of spend thresholds or order volume

  • Return abuse or excessive chargebacks

  • Violation of kierst terms of service

Termination decisions will be made at kierst’s sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Final Authority

By enrolling or participating in The Private Reserve, clients agree to these terms and conditions. kierst retains final authority over tier eligibility, benefit fulfillment, and interpretation of all program details.
